I have been fortunate enough to have been working with Gold Building and Construction for over 12 months now. We have done multiple different builds and working with the management and all other
subcontractors has been easy and stress free. I have been working in the building industry for over 15 years and have never worked with a builder who is so organised and a pleasure to work with. The management always pay their trades on time which makes for a very trustworthy relationship.
Looking forward to future projects with this wonderful team.

Working with such an amazing team made the whole process of building
easy. Chris and the team were a dream to work with. They were friendly
and easy to access. They kept us up to date through the process and
communicated well. Chris assisted with all our selections, making the
colour choices so easy. Our granny flat went up in no time and on budget.
I am very happy with the quality and would absolutely refer them to
anyone wanting to build without the pain of building. Thanks team GCBC!

What else can I say but WOW! Gold Coast Building and Construction have
been a breeze to build with. They have handled everything from council to
building and all trades. Choosing a design and colour scheme was simple
and easy. All the subcontractors were pleasant and professional and best
of all, the build was completed on time. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Gold Coast Building and Construction were extremely well managed
throughout the entire build process. Chris and Darren went out of their
way to help, gave practical advice and made the whole process easy and
efficient as possible. No over runs or hidden extra charges at the end.
We are very happy with Chris and the GCBC team and would recommend

Chris and the Gold Coast Building & Construction team have been
